Do I need an account to make payment?
No, you do not need an account to make payment. You can check out as guest. However, we would recommend you to make an account so that it would facilitate subsequent purchases and helps you track order status.
How do I place an order?
Select your desired item. Choose your size, colour and quantity you would like to purchase and click 'add to cart'. Do complete your order as soon as possible as each order has a 30 minute reservation period. When you're done shopping, click into your cart (top right hand corner) and fill in your payment, delivery and address details.
Do you have a size guide?
Yes, we do. The size chart is located at the item detail page. Do also note that most of our cutting is smaller and different as compared to the international sizing guide as most of our winter wear are designed to fit your body just right.
Will an item be restocked?
We will try to bring back popular designs. You may click on 'notify me when available' and insert your email address so that you'll be notified as soon as the item is restocked.
Can I cancel my order after confirmation?
As your order is processed immediately, you will not be able to cancel it once you have confirmed payment.
How can I make changes to my order after order confirmation?
You are not able to alter your purchase once it is enter into our system upon order confirmation. However, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request for changes. If your order has not been processed, we will make the necessary changes for you.
Do you provide exchanges?
Yes, if you've gotten the wrong size we will do an exchange to the correct size for you. The item sent back has to be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. To proceed with an exchange, leave us a message via the 'contact us' form and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Afterwhich, you can either send the item down in its original packing or head over to our Chinatown outlet to do the exchange.
* Note : We do not do exchange for under garments (E.g. disposable underwears, thermal wears)
I received a defective item. What should I do?
We do a check on all our products before we send them out. However, if you received a defective product, we apologise. Drop us a message in the 'contact us' form and a photo of the defect item. We will get back to you as soon as we can. The item sent back has to be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact.
* Note : Minor variations in measurement (up to 0.8inches) is not considered a defect. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting but we will try to ensure that products seen on the screen are true to life, as much as possible.
I received an incorrect item. What should I do?
We apologise for sending down an incorrect item. Drop us a message in the 'contact us' form and a photo of the incorrect item. We will get back to you and do an exchange for you as soon as we can. The item sent back has to be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact.
What payment method do you accept?
We accept payment via PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.
Do I need a PayPal account in order to purchase items?
No, you do not need a PayPal account. You can pay through MasterCard or Visa through Paypal without signing up for a PayPal account.
Do you do self-collection?
Yes, self-collection is available only at our Chinatown outlet. If we will notify you if we have available stocks there and you can proceed to collect item immediately. However, if we don't we'll need 1-2 working days to send the item down to the outlet for your collection.
Do you ship worldwide?
No. We currently don't ship worldwide, but we will do so in the near future.
How much is shipping cost?
Singapore : By the weight of items in checkout cart. Shipping will be free for purchase of $100 or above.
International : Shipping charges will be calculated after you have selected the items you would like to purchase and entered your delivery address; before check-out, charges are calculated by products's weight and delivery location.
How many days will shipping take?
Singapore : 1-4 working days
International : 1-3 weeks
When do you pack and ship my order?
We will pack and ship out your orders 1-2 working days after receiving payment confirmation from Paypal. All orders are packed and shipped from our office. Our office operates from Monday to Friday, 9am -6pm Singapore time. All orders require signature. Please ensure that there is someone who can sign for the receipt of order at the specified delivery address. For SingPost, we will mail out your item 1-2 working days after receiving payment confirmation from Paypal.
Am I able to track my order?
For orders that are sent by courier, the tracking number can be sent to your email account for reference upon request. For orders that are using in-house delivery (our own delivery personnel), we will call you to set a timing to ensure you are at home before we make any deliveries.
Can I suggest for improvement in your products or website?
Yes. We welcome your suggestions and feedbacks and we will work on them to bring you better service and products. We are grateful to all who have taken the time out to give us feedbacks and suggestions as this have aided our brand in its growth.
